Antique Chinese Carved Wooden Guardian Figure 7" Polychrome Paint w/ Real Hair

Antique Chinese folk art figure, hand-carved from wood and painted in polychrome colors, likely from the late Qing Dynasty to early 20th century. The figure stands approximately 7¼ inches tall on a connected but separately carved wooden base and features realistic details including an applied natural hair mustache. Original gilt decoration remains visible on the base, which is purely decorative.

Condition: Shows age-related wear consistent with its age and devotional use, including cracks, paint loss, and surface patina. One arm has an age crack, and the top of the head appears to have originally had a headdress or helmet ornament, now missing. Please review all photos for details.
