VINTAGE 1970s McDonald's Crew Trainer & Crew Chief Pins Collectible Fast Food.
Own a piece of fast-food history with this excellent set of two (2) original, vintage McDonald's employee pins from the 1970s.
These black and gold enamel lapel pins were part of the employee uniform, indicating status and job role:
Crew Trainer: Awarded to experienced staff who trained new hires.
Crew Chief: A higher-level position, often indicating shift leadership or management.
Condition:
Pins are in excellent vintage condition with crisp lettering, strong gold tone, and minimal signs of wear (see photos). They have original clutch-back closures. A great find for any serious McDonald's or fast-food memorabilia collector!
